Hi my name is Bips and I am the techy on the notgoingtouni team. I’m the guy that manages and creates content for the website, covering all areas from web development to database implementation. I enjoy keeping abreast of any fresh trends within the technology sector although it is not always fun explaining how new ideas work to my less technically minded colleagues!!! I take on new challenges with enthusiasm and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Since finishing my MSc at London South Bank University, where I studied Internet and Database Systems, I have worked on a variety of travel, recruitment and celebrity sites including the official Ant and Dec website. Recently I was involved in creating student union websites for Anglia Ruskin, Greenwich University, St Mary’s University College and Goldsmith University. This gave me a taste for continuing my work in the education sector. Once I found notgoingtouni I decided to port across to help promote the alternatives to traditional university routes, thus allowing young people of today and tomorrow to make informed decisions about their options when they leave school.
